Michael Chamberlin has been gracing Melbourne stages since 2000.

A finalist in Raw Comedy in 2001, Michael has gone on to appear in festival shows in Melbourne and Adelaide with 2002 seeing Michael appearing alongside Charlie Pickering in their award winning show (Piece of Wood Award) Boiling Point. They reprised this show in 2003 for Boiling Point 2, appearing also in Equal Third with Terri Psiakis the same year.

In 2004 Michael debuted first full length festival show in the Melbourne Fringe Festival with I Am The King of The Divan. He followed this up in 2005 with Michael Chamberlin in There’s a Party at Stefan Edberg’s Place and then in 2006 with critical favourite Michael Chamberlin and the Ten Commandments.

Michael has also worked in television and radio, notably as a core cast member and writer for Channel Ten’s Skithouse from 2003 – 2004. He has also written widely for television with credits which include Rove Live and Backberner.

Michael is also a co-creator of cult Melbourne live comedy room Stagetime which he ran intermittently with cohort Charlie Picking from 2000 to 2005.
