Mark Pengilly

Born in Adelaide raised in Melbourne, Mark began as a writer for other stand ups at the Sydney Comedy Store before deciding to become a stand up himself in 1982.
Since this time he has performed his clean and clever routines both live and on TV. Mark has performed in Melbourne, Adelaide, New Zealand, NYC and New York State, including stints supporting Richard Stubbs and working on the award winning show “Brian Munich and friends” in 2001.
He has made numerous television appearances on channels 10, 7 and 31. Mark has also had an extensive directing history including 1995’s “Aaargh! Miss Itchy”.
