In a one-off, one night only performance, Allah Made Me Funny from the US will join forces with Fear of a Brown Planet at Melbourne’s Athenaeum Theatre.
Azhar Usman, Preacher Moss and Mo Amer, one African-American, one Indian-American and one Palestinian-American, will be lifting the veil on the funny side of what it’s like to be Muslim in the US. Nazeem Hussain and Aamer Rahman will tackle the delicate topics of Islam and growing up brown in white Australia.
