Take a Whiff…of Turpentine is a sketch show starring John Canfield from Cornwall and Richard Daley from Leeds, who were looking very dapper in their beige suits.
The show consists of a number of short sketches with no linking material or overall connection. The sketches themselves are short and are generally very good though a couple did need a punchline as they did seem to rather fade away.
Standout sketches were the Batman behind the scenes look, Ming the Merciless at the Jobseeker centre, the childrens drawing show with special guest Vincent Van Gogh, and the alternative lapdance.
The comedians are personable and perform well as a duo, with a lot of good jokes within the sketches. This is well worth a look if you feel you need a good laugh.
