Shakespeare Bingo featuring ‘A Comedy of Errors’ is a wildly slapstick ropm throught the Comedy Of Errors. It even manages to stick close to the original plot with much of the original text retained.

The stroke of brilliance is this production was that each audience member is given a bingo card before the show and if you won, you received a truly memorable prize. This bingo card meant that the audience was paying close attention to the dialogue and action on the stage for the entire show, which is generally a hard task for many audiences these days.
The cast were all gender reversed, but this was very well telegraphed by the comedy genitalia worn by the actors. The acting was exaggerated and became very Keystone-cops at times, but the plot rolled on to its roisterous conclusion, with the audience delighting in the journey.
This show is a must see if you like shakespeare or silent comedy or both. Who knows, you may even win the bingo competition.
