Running from February 4th to 14th, The St Kilda Laughs Festival features a cavalcade of local acts as well as some international guests. Visit the St Kilda Laughs website for full program details.

A piece of comic mastery. Mark Butler has researched the offensiveness of swear words in Australia and the UK and is now sharing the results with the world in this one man show.

The premise sounds great in its own right, even funnier is that Mark gets through the entire show without swearing once. The audience on the other hand are encouraged to let the expletives fly.

Mark has researched the origins of some of the world’s most used obscenities and weaves this brilliantly throughout the show. With a simple set the show is more like a chat in Mark’s living room with 100 close friends than it is a performance.

It is a show you will laugh with from beginning to end and yet still walk away thinking that you missed many jokes. A must see… twice.

Mark Butler is performing at the Bakehouse Theatre until March 31st. Tickets are available through the Adelaide Fringe Website
