Timor Leste Dairy Project

On Saturday July 22nd, Rod Quantock will appear at a charity event supporting the Timor Leste Dairy Project. This project, set up in 1998, undertakes to provide fresh milk for the children of Timor Leste. Initially instigated by the Kiwanis Club of Brighton, the project has also attracted support from Kiwanis Clubs of Australia and New Zealand, and Christian College, Geelong. Thus far the project has been responsible for the establishment of a dairy in Fuiloro Agricultural College in Timor Leste, along with a herd of thirty pregnant heifers and two bulls. The herd provides fresh milk for the school children of Fuiloro and local orphanages.

Rod Quantock will be both headlining the event and running the Auction at the end of the night. Auction items include 12 bags calf pellets, 12 bags horse mix, Cambells Chemicals, soil testings and report, a digital camera and more. All proceeds of the night go to Timor Leste Dairy Project.
